Welcome to Prickley Heat BBQ, located in northeast Parker County, TX. Karen and I started competing in BBQ competitions around 1987 at the now famous “Colleyville cookoff”. Started with a rented pit, bought a hasty bake next, built a huge offset smoker and finally got a backwoods “fatboy”. Over the years we collected many “dust collectors” as well as many new friends.
A wise man once told me “Any moron can make a BBQ sauce”. So we did! And some great rubs. Look for more great products in the future. Thanks for looking!
